Your Parents Are Here

After my dad received a letter from the DMV notifying him that his driver’s license was being revoked, my parents go back to the hospital where Dr. J is practicing to get my dad retested. They bring the letter from the DMV and demand that my father be re-assessed. The care manager calls me to tell me “your parents are here.”  She says that my mother said she did not get a similar letter. I confirm that is the same information I was given.

While they are at the hospital, the care manager says they will follow up with the DMV to understand the status of my mother’s request and will be calling the Military Police (MPs) to ensure my parents get off the post safely. Relieved.
